Carolina Catering is located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and is a premiere caterer for Corova (4wd area) all the way to Hatteras. Carolina Catering caters weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate dinners, family reunions, beach bbq, holiday and private parties. As an exceptional Outer Banks Caterer, Carolina Catering has maintained a reputation for creative menus, flawless execution and unparalleled customer service.

Bo Perkins and Faith Garren manage the day-to-day operation. Bo provides extensive culinary knowledge and Faith ensures your every need is met and then some. Together they make an excellent team in ensuring your catering experience is nothing short of your highest expectation. We specialize in bringing custom catering to you by creating a wide array of delectable culinary choices to suit any of your special events. Chef/Owner Bo Perkins
Starting his cooking career at some of the old well-known Outer Banks Restaurants, Bo moved on to get his Culinary Degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He landed his first professional position of Sous Chef at Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans and then moved on to The Breakers in Palm Beach Florida as their Chef Garde Manger. Bo has also worked as a Personal Chef in a private home as well as an Executive Chef on Private Yachts traveling to places such as the Florida Keys, Bahamas and Caribbean. In 2002, Bo was the opening Chef at The Left Bank, The Sanderling Resort's fine dining restaurant. Bo’s passion for creating great food made Bo decide to start Carolina Catering. Bo’s first catering booking was prepared on-site at a rental home for a local company’s holiday party. They complimented and raved about the food saying that, “this was by far the best culinary experience they have ever had at their annual party”. Being his first event was so successful he realized that this new business was well needed on the Outer Banks.

Our Staff
The entire Staff of Carolina Catering has extensive backgrounds in the food and restaurant industry. All of our employees have at one time or another worked as servers, cooks, food prep or bartending. They all have exemplary customer service skills, which won't go unnoticed during your event.
